Refinancing your current home loan in Denver Colorado

Hey Hey…did you hear that interest rates are at an all time low?  Did you also hear that because of the recent reduction in employees with some of the nation’s major lenders that you could wait up to 2 weeks to even hear back from a loan officer to discuss your desire to refinance? Yikes…with the economy changing like waves in the ocean, will the interest rates still be as low as they are today when you finally get that call two weeks from now?  That’s a good question…well lucky for us I received an email from a local lender to the Denver area this afternoon to let me know that “another lane has been opened” at the checkout counter.

“Calling all shoppers” WR Starkey has brokers available to get your refinance started today.  Don’t wait till rush hour to get this process underway.  It’s not just the lenders that are finding themselves shorthanded; every refinance has to have an appraisal done for underwriting and just between you and me…many appraisers have failed to renew their licenses this year.  How does that effect you…well, if you have to wait a couple of weeks for the appraisal to come back to the bank…you’re back in rush hour traffic again.
