Cherry Creek is one of the newer highly developed neighborhoods in Denver and is

            home to the region’s largest collection of independently owned boutiques, restaurants,

            and galleries totaling over 315.  Its name comes from the winding Cherry Creek which

            is now lined with bike paths and running trails along its banks.

            In 2002, the average home was priced at $690,000 with an average family income of just

            over $92,000. 

            Cherry Creek is directly south of Congress Park and is bounded by University and

            Colorado BLVD's to the east and west.
