The Denver Technological Center, better known as “The Denver Tech Center” (DTC), is a business and economic trading center located in Denver and Greenwood Village, Colorado. Denver and Greenwood Village, Colorado. It is home to several major businesses and corporations. The DTC roughly corresponds to the I-25 corridor between I-225 and State Highway 88 (Arapahoe Road).The Neighborhood offers many parks and trails for running or biking that connect to the Cherry Creek State Park. Of the many attractions in the park, the marina, beach, boating and trail systems are the most popular. Every year there is a triathlon held at the Cherry Creek State Park that attracts many visitors.
The DTC provides a downtown feel with all of the business buildings without the noise. It is very close to shopping, grocery stores, drycleaners and has major access to the light rail. Many new strip malls have gone up lately in the DTC and also offers some fabulous restaurants like Cool River Cafe, Morton’s Steak House, the Great Northern Tavern, and Yia Yia's Euro Cafe. There are also many bars that provide a great "happy hour" for the business world that include Bakers St, the Purple Martini, the Tavern, and Oshea’s Tavern. The DTC also offers a variety of hotels including Doubletree, the Hyatt Regency, the Marriot, and the Hilton Inn.

Living in the DTC offers safe neighborhoods with quiet streets, really a great place to raise a family. There are also many nice apartment complexes with great amenities. With access to the Light Rail, getting downtown is just a 30 minute train ride. Along with park systems the Tech Center has to offer, there is a great pond where locals bring their dogs. Living in the Tech Center offers a high standard of living with a more expensive living. |
