Kim Olson - Denver RealtorRecently, the staff at TheDenverSource.Com asked that I provide them with a little something about why I am a Realtor® in today's economy. The number one reason that I am still actively working as an Agent is because I love what I do for a living. I just have a passion for the industry and I have been fortunate enough to utilize all the best qualities from my former positions to achieve maximum results for my clients in this arena.

If I had to pick one particular "specialty", it would have to be marketing properties listed for sale. After spending several years analyzing the marketing concepts of a variety of industries, I have been able to "streamline" the process of capturing potential Buyers even before they have engaged a Buyer’s Agent. When you hire me to "list" your home in Colorado, I don't focus on marketing to our local Buyers only. I will literally launch your property worldwide via the internet; as a result, I generally have Buyers relocating from other states & countries.

Apparently, my concept of marketing real estate is catching on with other Agents in the Denver area. Recently, I have been approached by several Agents requesting my services to get their listings "more exposure". In those situations, my sister company Belle Maison can be contracted to create unique video, ad copy & exposure worldwide. Of course, my question to anyone wanting to sell their home at this time would have to be why hire an Agent that has to rely on someone else to market your home?

As an Agent with 5280 Homes Enterprises, hiring me to sell your property would send you straight to "Top Priority" in regards to maximum exposure & launch time…resulting in more Buyers "considering" your home quicker. Recently, I was hired to "launch" a home for an Agent that was desperate to develop more foot traffic for his clients. Within 48 hours of Belle Maison taking over marketing, calls were coming into our office requesting additional information and details on setting times to show the home. You can say that I am a "result driven" Realtor®…and those are the kind of results I expect!

Am I a "single minded" real estate Agent with tunnel vision? Definitely not! Working as a Buyer’s Agent is unique in its own right. I may appear "warm & fuzzy" on the exterior, but when it comes to my clients…I will make every effort to negotiate the best deal possible for them. But not every Buyer is skilled in what to expect when purchasing a new home; for those of you that are first time home buyers, I will always make a special point to explain "every" step of the process to you. I want your first experience purchasing a home…to be "the best" experience for your family. For me, there are NO SHORT CUTS in real estate and every client is important to me.

As you can see from this website, I have more depth to my character than golf and society page parties. I feel it's important to support our local merchants, expose all the wonderful things Denver has to offer & provide referrals for our "new" residence to the area. Real Estate websites DON'T have to be "all about" the real estate agent, in fact…shouldn't they be about You? People make up the heart of this great city and I am here to help the family of folks that call Denver their home.
